Renewable project developers face a deceptively hard question early in every project: given a site, which configuration is actually worth building?
The number of possibilities is enormous — DC/AC ratio, tilt, how much battery, how it's sized against the grid connection, how it's dispatched against the market. Most teams narrow it down with spreadsheets, rules of thumb and a handful of scenarios. That works, but it usually lands on a configuration that's good rather than provably best — and the difference between the two can be millions in project value.
FIDgate is decision software that closes that gap. Our engine co-optimises the design and dispatch of solar, wind and battery projects against their financial outcome — searching across thousands of configurations to find the one that maximises project value, and turning it into a clear go/no-go. It's built to be fast, deterministic and auditable, so the answer stands up to scrutiny from the people who have to sign off on the investment.
